{"id":6588,"date":"2017-07-31T12:36:50","date_gmt":"2017-07-31T12:36:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chinggislaw.com\/?post_type=team&#038;p=6588"},"modified":"2024-11-06T08:39:44","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T00:39:44","slug":"batbayar-enkhee","status":"publish","type":"team","link":"https:\/\/chinggislaw.com\/?team=batbayar-enkhee&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Batbayar Enkhee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Batbayar\u2019s experience in the legal and judicial sectors in Mongolia is extensive and he has practiced law in Mongolia for around 20 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He graduated from the Law School of the National University of Mongolia with a Masters of Law degree.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Batbayar also earned a Ph.D. in Law from the Kuban National University in the Russian Federation and is a Vice Professor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was the Senior Counsel to \u201cZuv\u201d law firm and worked as the Head of the National legal and judicial research and training center. He was also a Professor and Department Head of \u201cTushig\u201d University, and has worked as the Head of the Mongolian Court Decisions Enforcement Authority.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Batbayar also served as an advisor to the Mongolian Parliament, and a Member of the Parliament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to legal education, Batbayar earned a professional degree in a metallurgical field.
