Paul Mills, our Economic advisor, comes from Australia.  He has spent four years in Mongolia as the CEO of English World, and he earned a Ph.D. in Mongolian studies, so he is well acquainted with Mongolia and its business environment.  Prior to coming to Mongolia he held high level positions with the Australian Government, especially in the Prime Minister’s Department and the Department of Education, where he worked as an economist, with much of his most recent work focussed on forecasting developments in Australia’s huge mining sector.
