Taking security over land owned or possessed

Land owned by a Mongolian national and a Right to land possession may be granted as a security as prescribed by laws.

Should a right to land lease and other relevant property rights be assigned under an agreement such land lease and property rights may be taken as security over, for the duration of the same land lease, and property rights, with the consent of the landowner.

An agreement to grant security over LAND must enclose the cadastral map, copies of the land title, certificates of land use, and land possession rights.
